VOLANTEZA offers 14-day returns for items in original condition (unworn, tagged, with packaging and receipt) by emailing support@volanteza.com—We will provide a return label and instructions ASAP, but items sent without prior approval won't be accepted. Report any damage, defects, or wrong items within 5 days of delivery; some items are non-returnable (marked on product pages), and sale items/gift cards cannot be returned. For exchanges, return your item first, then repurchase separately. Once your return is approved, refunds process to your original payment method in 3-10 business days (allow 15 business days total before following up).

Machine wash cold with similar colors, turn inside out, and use gentle cycle—avoid bleach. Air dry or tumble dry low, keeping out of direct sunlight. Iron inside out on low heat, avoiding prints and embellishments. Store in a cool, dry place, folding knits and hanging structured pieces. Always check individual care labels as some items may need special care.
